Windows 3.11 DOS Boot CD Windows 3.11 is a member of the Windows for Workgroups family of operating systems that is included on CD-ROMs to create a boot disk. You can find most of the Windows 9x system files on a Windows 3.11 boot disk. The Windows 3.11 boot disk was later upgraded to Windows ME boot disk. Windows Boot CD #2 (Not Puppy Linux).
